Market rules

The rules of the throne.

ClipThrone is a paid advertising market. The amount paid controls rank. It does not measure quality, trust, or endorsement.

Two separate boards

All-Time Throne never resets. Daily Throne covers one UTC calendar day and resets at 00:00 UTC. Payments on one board do not affect the other board.

Bids and rank

An empty board starts at $2 USD. A takeover can match or exceed the current winning amount. Higher paid amounts rank first. If two confirmed payments have the same amount, the newer successful payment ranks first.

Payment takes rank first

A bid joins the board after Stripe confirms payment. Content does not need to be ready first. A higher confirmed payment can overtake you while you create or generate your video.

One successful generation

Each paid Placement includes one successful eligible video generation. A correctable safety rejection lets you change the input and submit again. A server or provider failure can be retried. A new prompt, source image, or generated video after success needs a new entitlement or payment.

Pending and former winners

If the new winner has no playable clip, the last ready clip stays on the main screen and the board shows that the new owner is pending. An outbid buyer can finish an active creation flow. The finished clip appears in board history instead of taking the main screen.

What you can promote

You can promote a product, service, or brand that you own or are authorized to represent. The destination must be a public HTTP or HTTPS page. Local addresses, private-network addresses, credential-bearing URLs, unsafe schemes, and concealed destinations are not allowed.

Content limits

Do not submit illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, exploitative, malicious, or impersonating content. Do not promote scams, malware, counterfeit goods, unlawful regulated offers, or claims that you cannot support. You must have the rights to every name, prompt, image, sound, and destination that you submit.

Moderation

Automated checks and operator review can reject, delay, hide, or remove content that breaks these Rules, creates legal or security risk, or receives a credible rights complaint. The last approved clip can stay visible while a change is reviewed.

Clicks and viewers

Click and viewer numbers are estimates, not audited business results. The application counts no more than one outbound click per anonymous visitor, Placement, and UTC day. Do not automate clicks, manipulate viewer counts, bypass limits, or interfere with the service.

No guaranteed result

A payment does not guarantee a minimum reign time, traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, or search ranking. Another buyer can pay more at any time. The Terms control if these Rules conflict with them.
