These Terms govern the hosted ClipThrone service that accepts your payment. Read them with the Rules and Privacy Notice before you bid.
The operator of this deployment must identify itself before it accepts production payments. The source code is available under the MIT License. Source-code contributors do not operate your deployment, process its payments, or become responsible for its content only because they contributed code.
A production operator must publish a working legal contact.
By using the service or completing payment, you agree to these Terms, the Rules, and the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding contract. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.
A payment buys an advertising Placement ranked by its confirmed USD amount and one successful eligible AI-video generation. A Placement is a paid advertisement. It is not an editorial review, certification, endorsement, investment, or statement that the operator trusts the promoted product.
Your bid takes the rank that it can hold when payment is confirmed. Another buyer can overtake you at any time. We do not promise a fixed rank, minimum reign time, traffic, clicks, sales, revenue, customer interest, search rank, or other result.
Stripe processes checkout. The application does not store full payment-card numbers. Prices are in USD, and taxes can apply. The digital service starts when payment is confirmed and the bid joins the board. Payments are generally final after service starts, including if you are later outbid or receive fewer clicks than expected. We will provide a refund when applicable law requires it or when the operator's published refund policy expressly permits it.
Your payment includes one successful eligible generation. Provider failures can be retried, and rejected input can be corrected. Safety checks can refuse a prompt, image, destination, or output. Generation can be slow, unavailable, or unsuccessful. A successful video cannot be replaced without a new entitlement or payment.
You confirm that you own or can represent the promoted product and that you have all rights needed for submitted names, links, prompts, images, audio, and claims. Your content and destination must follow applicable advertising, consumer, privacy, intellectual-property, sanctions, and regulated-industry laws.
You keep your rights in submitted content. You give the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, resize, transcode, moderate, display, and distribute it as needed to run, secure, promote, and keep an audit history of the service. This license ends when the material is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal records and backups.
The Rules describe prohibited content. The operator can refuse, delay, hide, or remove a Placement for a rules breach, rights complaint, payment reversal, legal duty, security risk, or material service risk. Removal for your breach does not create a refund unless the law requires one.
Stripe provides payment processing. fal and its model providers provide media generation and source-frame storage for V1. Hosting, database, email, analytics, and network providers can also process data. Their terms, availability, and decisions can affect the service.
The service is provided as available. It can have errors, delays, outages, data loss, or inaccurate counts. The operator can change future minimums, features, providers, or rules. The terms accepted for a completed payment continue to govern that payment unless a legal or security change must apply sooner.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service has no implied warranty of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or specific result. The operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Where a liability limit is permitted, total liability connected to one Placement will not exceed the amount paid for that Placement. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot be limited remain in effect.
Where the law permits, you will protect the operator from third-party claims caused by your content, destination, infringement, unlawful offer, payment dispute, or breach of these Terms. A production operator must publish its legal identity, governing law, venue, refund contact, and complaint process before accepting live payments.
The version date at the top identifies these Terms. Material changes will be published here. If one part is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue. This open-source template requires the deployment operator to configure a legal contact.
